Justin W. Henry joined the Consigny Law Firm, S.C. in July of 2019. He graduated from Parker High School in 2010. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, cum lade, with a B.A. in Political Science with a Legal Studies emphasis. Justin attended law school at Marquette University Law School and graduated in 2017. On January 1, 2025, he became a shareholder with
the firm.

Attorney Justin W. Henry’s practice is concentrated in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and general litigation. He stays up to date on the current status of Wisconsin criminal, family, and general litigation to ensure his clients get the most complete and comprehensive presentation possible. Attorney Henry will personally analyze your case and give you a frank analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, serves as a member of the Alcohol Licensing committee for the City of Janesville and serves as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Janesville. He is also a member of the Rock County Bar Association and serves as the Rock County Bar Association secretary.

Justin lives in Janesville, Wisconsin where he has been a life long resident.
