Mike Faust graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992, and from Drake University Law School in 1994. He has practiced law since 1995 in Rock County, Wisconsin, and joined Consigny Law Firm, S.C., in 2000.  On January 1, 2007, he became a partner of the firm.

Mr. Faust concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, estate planning and probate.

Mr. Faust is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Rock County Bar Association.  Mike is active in many community organizations. He is on the Board of the current South Central Child Care Resources and Referral, Inc., a child care training and resource agency in Rock, Green and Walworth Counties. He serves as Treasurer for two organizations, The Enrichment Center, Inc., a center for developmentally disabled adults in Rock County, and Rock Around the Block, Inc., a non-profit organization which holds a music festival in Downtown Janesville annually. He is a past District President of the Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula Exchange Clubs and the current President of The Exchange Club of Greater Janesville. The Exchange Club is a service club with its primary focus on raising funds to prevent child abuse in the community.

Mr. Faust lives in Janesville with his wife, Jenny, and their three children: Alex, Lauren and Jacob. He enjoys reading, coaching sports and working on Exchange Club community service projects.
